Job Description: As an Entry Level Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in supporting the leasing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Conducting property tours and showcasing the features and benefits of the community.
• Assisting with the application and leasing process, including collecting necessary documentation and preparing lease agreements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
• Supporting marketing efforts, including social media posts and community events.
• Collaborating with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and ensure resident satisfaction.
