Experienced Leasing Consultant *WEEKLY PAY

We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in Apartment leasing. As a key member of our leasing team, you will help prospective residents find their ideal home while ensuring compliance with all legal and community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist prospective residents with community tours, explaining lease terms and property features in both English and Spanish
• Handle leasing applications, renewals, and follow all Fair Housing regulations
• Provide accurate and prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage leasing paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with Arizona housing laws
• Work collaboratively with the leasing and management team to meet occupancy goals
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive property exposure
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and current residents, fostering a welcoming community environment

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as an Apartment Leasing Specialist
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Fair Housing laws
• Reliable Transportation
• Proficient in property management software and basic computer skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
