Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and systems within our client’s facilities. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted efficiently and effectively to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance problems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
