Apartment Homes is a small business in Albany, GA. We are professional and our goal is to Rent Apartments.

Our work environment includes:

• Various work duties.

Duties:

- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

- Learn management software. Be computer literate.
- Court filings and appear in eviction court. We will teach.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Maintain accurate tenant records including rent payments and bank deposits.

- Greet and welcome tenants and applicants in a friendly and professional manner,
- Provide information about facilities.
- Handle applicant and tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

- Apply the lease rules strictly in a professional manner.
- Answer calls, take messages, retrieve voicemails.

- Carry your own operating mobile phone for constant communication with ownership and other staff, to follow up on work orders for example. Company can provide phone, with conditions.
- Use Company email for all company business.
- Handle checks. No cash accepted.
- Assist with audit duties as required.

- Have a willing and flexible attitude to adapt to a wide variety of work responsibilities that the situation requires.

EXPERIENCE:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desireable.

- Previous experience in apartment rentals is desireable
- Familiarity with software systems is desireable
- Handle difficult customers professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
