The Assistant Property Manager will ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with residents and vendors. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building, ensuring positive tenant relations while increasing the value of the property being managed. He/she should be fully knowledgeable in all day-to-day activities to assure the successful operations of the assigned portfolio of properties. The Assistant Property Manager is to assume full responsibility for activities in the project in the absence of the Property Manager.
Experience in the apartment industry required! Must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and have strong customer service skills!
