Duties

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and promotions

• Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products

• Provide accurate and reliable information to customers regarding pricing, availability, and product specifications

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
