Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Steer the technical, schedule, and cost performance of major programs or multiple programs through skillful management of project managers, in adherence to contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Capture: Seize follow-on business opportunities within your areas of responsibility and champion new business development by personally leading major proposals or guiding subordinate project managers. Orchestrate the proposal process and coordinate with Contracts, Subcontracts, and Pricing when required.
- Team Development: Cultivate and oversee personnel within a functional area, fostering a culture of growth and development. Train, mentor, and supervise personnel, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a proficient technical liaison with customers, cultivating strong, collaborative relationships.
- Financial Oversight: Take full responsibility for all phases of the program budget, demonstrating exceptional financial acumen. Diligently monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare accurate forecasts of program financial performance.
- Quality: Devise comprehensive Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services, guaranteeing unparalleled excellence. Conduct incisive analysis for contract reviews with customers and supervisors, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Resource Management: Craft strategic Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. Interview, hire, and retain top talent, building a high-performing team. Assign staff and provide technical direction to ensure task completion and success.
- A BA/BS degree, coupled with 12 to 15 years of experience, including at least 6 years as a manager.
- Active and current TS/SCI clearance.
