Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals and families navigate challenging situations and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
- Assist in data collection and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with various issues such as trauma, mental health disorders, or family conflicts
- Stay updated on best practices in social work and implement evidence-based interventions

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- AL State licensure or certification as a Social Worker
- Experience in therapy, counseling, or related fields
- Knowledge of coding, clinical research, or psychopharmacology is a plus
- Familiarity with Christian counseling, child family counseling, special education, hospital settings, and PTSD care is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
