Job duties include maintaining daily production reports, enforcement of work instructions, procedures and work pace goals. Assisting the Shift Lead by maximizing production efficiency by utilizing production equipment and personnel effectively. Mechanical knowledge, manufacturing experience, and basic math skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position starting at $23.00-$26.00/hour based on experience. Positions open for 2nd shift with an additional $1.50 shift premium bonus.
