We are looking for someone that wants a career, a long term position with the company. We currently have a very strong team and are looking for an additional member to help us with the work load.

Full Time:

- Monday - Friday availability between 7:15am - 5:45pm with preference for 4 days (mon-thurs) open to close (7:15am-5:45pm). OR With 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week: steady 8 hour shift, the shift could be from 7:30-4pm, 8:15-4:45pm or 8:45-5:15pm

Daily responsibilities include:

- Greeting Patients warmly & Assisting with Electronic Check-In

- Answering incoming calls & Scheduling appointments

- Managing flow of patient care and prioritizing emergency appointments

- Managing a busy schedule and keeping patients happy

- Calling patients after appointment to check on healing

- Sending claims and posting payments to patient account

- Processing payments from patients

- Communicating with the team and Doctors on a regular basis

- Inputting notes into computer after every phone call

- Keeping reception room clean, garbage empty.

- Assisting with paperwork for both doctors, Faxing, Making Copies, Etc.

- Using TDO (our practice management software; this can be trained), Microsoft word, Digital Scanner/Copier/Fax, Phone System, Postage Meter

- Any other clerical/patient related duties that may be asked
