Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met (expenses reimbursed for company travel)
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project budgeting
- Experience with blueprint reading
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate project activities and teams
-Proficient using Microsoft Office including: Excel, Word, and Email
-Proficient using Google Calendar
-Must be a quick learner of other software programs for expense tracking, etc
-Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with ProCore and PlanSwift
- Knowledge of construction management principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $18.00 per hour
