Job Summary:

The Internal Scheduler Coordinator is accountable for relationship management and continuity of service through care coordination. Collaborates with the care team in the implementation of service activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Ensures positive customer service to meet and surpass growth / retention goals.

Essential Functions:

• Establishes rapport and trust with Clients and Caregivers to create positive experiences.
• Provides coaching and mentoring with caregivers to ensure exceptional service provision for all clients and a positive working situation for all staff.
• Collaborate with the Care Team to achieve superior customer service goals, including completing new Client and Caregiver introductions and TLC visits as needed in the home. Provide feedback supporting the completion of performance appraisals for caregivers.
• Answers potential client inquiries, whether made via phone or web and sells and qualifies them for home visits. Responsible for entering initial calls, notes, and scheduling home visits as needed.
• Collaborates with the care team to determine scheduling and caregiver matches for clients.
• Reviews and reports on Key Performance Indicators and goals.
• Maintains/manages/assists with the assignment of Caregivers to Clients and accountability of the schedule by overseeing and managing scheduled shifts and ensuring proper matching of Caregiver qualifications and availability to successfully meet Clients needs.
• Track and manage Caregiver availability and overtime status; monitors shifts worked.
• Supports office operations as needed. Assists the other members of the management team as needed. Completes special projects as assigned
• Participates in continuing education and ongoing training to be the best at their professional role.
• Participates in on-call rotation as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 3-5 Years progressive and expanding related experience with demonstrated results, preferably in the healthcare industry
• A current Drivers License in good standing, position may require the use of a motor vehicle
