We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, shipping and receiving, warehouse management, and materials handling.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift
- Assist with inventory control and order picking
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in forklift operation
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and operate machinery safely
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Experience with reach trucks is a plus
