Responsibilities/Duties

• Ensure project performance aligns with schedule and cost budgets, negotiating changes with clients when necessary.
• Make authoritative decisions impacting extensive construction activities.
• Recommend personnel and allocate funds to meet organizational objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external construction resources throughout project phases.
• Review discipline-specific design deliverables for compliance and facilitate smooth field implementation.
• Monitor design and quality compliance post-project completion.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the design and construction of retail and restaurant buildings.
• Review design scope criteria and quantities, coordinating with projects for additional estimating bases.
• Establish conceptual scope for studies and scoping requirements for cost estimates.
• Supervise and mentor a team of project managers in a construction environment, guiding project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
