ABA Therapists provide individualized ABA services in homes, communities, and center-based settings to children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. The position pays between $20-23 to start with opportunities to increase your rate by $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months.
What we offer:
Career Advancement : Ongoing office and field training, free RBT course access/supervision available for those interested in obtaining their RBT certification or pursuing a career as a BCBA.
Ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours/at least 3 days per week (weekdays are after school hours between 3-8 p.m. and daytime hours on Saturdays)
Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Monday-Friday. Weekends are optional. Can build your caseload or hours over time.
Most clients are seen during after-school hours (between 2:30-8 pm).
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour to start (with $1-$3 increases based on time worked and training).

Responsibilities : The ABA Technician will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
You will be directly responsible for:
Personal Qualifications : Applicants should enjoy working with children and have an interest in the field of psychology.
Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is an advantage, but not a requirement.
