Summary:

This position will be responsible for monitoring information systems and maintaining the environment of operations to include developing and updating System Security Plans. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Cybersecurity or customer service support. This role will also assist in the research and recommendations of projects involving Information Security, including but not limited to cybersecurity analysis and cybersecurity risk assessments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily information security support and operation in North America and Europe.
• Support the information security audit program, and participate in the follow-up optimization plan and actions.
• Identify information security threats and risks, and be responsible for emergency response to information security incidents.
• Investigated information security needs and promoted the implementation of information security projects.
• Promote information security education and training programs.
• Cooperate with the IT department and other core departments to improve the level of information security.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of working experience in information security or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, telecommunications or related areas.
• Knowledge of information security management systems/frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity or customer service support.
• Information security incident emergency response experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience in implementing and monitoring controls related to cybersecurity is preferred.
• Project management experience, have good ability of project planning and implementation.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
• Data in/outbound transfer compliance experience preferred.
• Candidates with relevant certifications in the field of information security or project management are preferred.
