APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Sturgis, MI looking to add a Contract Sales Account Manager to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to drive business with new and existing clients while analyzing market trends and delivering presentations as needed. Think you have what it takes? What your day will look like:

  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet revenue targets
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and business development
  • Collecting data for quotes and analyzing jobs, determining costs and preparing pricing for customer quote proposals
  • Delivering sales presentations to stakeholders in addition to new and existing customers
  • Monitoring and tracking sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Obtaining credit applications and sales tax exemption certificates when applicable and coordinating with the Finance Department
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of prior sales experience; manufacturing sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of CAD files and reading prints is a plus
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to travel as needed
