The Precon Administrators primary responsibility will be to visit each Denver Water property, verify interior pipe materials, document property condition, take pictures of house conditions, upload data into the database, and track data in project spreadsheets.

• Conduct on-site visits to Denver Water properties to verify interior pipe materials.
• Document the condition of the property, including taking photographs of house conditions.
• Upload collected data into the database accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track and maintain project data using spreadsheets and other project management tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate and complete data collection.
• Provide project information and handle customer inquiries.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the field.
• Other duties as assigned. 

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred).
• Experience in underground wet utilities or related field is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled in technology, proficiently utilizing iPad and iPhone devices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Ability to work primarily in the field, in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the time).
