Job Description:
-Product Knowledge: You should be well-versed in the services and products your company offers. Understand their benefits, and how they apply to different customer and client needs.
-Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in the areas you are assigned to. This involves researching neighborhoods, using demographic data, and creating a list of properties that may need our services. -Door-to-Door Sales: Approach homeowners and businesses in your designated area to introduce your Apex Purification's services. Be prepared to explain the benefits, answer questions, and provide information about the company.
-Customer Consultation: Listen to potential clients' concerns and requirements. Assess their needs and offer expert advice and solutions based on Apex's services.
-Estimations and Proposals: Provide on-the-spot estimates and proposals for potential clients, including outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, and pricing. Carry relevant marketing materials and documents.
-Negotiation: Be prepared to explain terms and pricing with potential clients. Address any objections or concerns they may have.
-Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the people you meet. Building trust and rapport is crucial for success in door-to-door sales.
-Follow-Up: After your initial visit, follow up with potential clients to answer any additional questions, provide more information, and ultimately secure the sale.
-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of your interactions with potential clients, including their contact information and specific needs or concerns.
-Time Management: Plan your route efficiently to maximize your visits and cover as many potential clients as possible within your designated area.
