Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the charity and charity programs to potential sponsors and donors.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terms, and sponsorships.
• Conduct event and retail presentations to new target audiences to increase awareness and support for nonprofit missions.
• Work towards sponsorship targets and donor retention goals to ensure the continued success of fundraising efforts.
• Promote a culture of growth and development within the team by supporting and training associates to reach their full potential.
