Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, such as charity galas, auctions, and community fundraisers.
• Provide logistical support, including venue coordination, vendor management, and equipment setup.
• Assist with promotional efforts to raise awareness and attract attendees to fundraising events.
• Support donor relations efforts by providing excellent customer service and engaging with event attendees.
• Assist in post-event activities, including donor acknowledgment and event evaluation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
