Contract Duration: 12 Months

**Required Skills & Experience**

7 years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Prior experience with project to product transformations.

Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergetic attitude.

Clear understanding of how to establish product operation standards.

Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent.

Build relationships and act as an advisor to executives, senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs.

Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement.

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tan.

Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward.

Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers.

Works with all levels in the organization to teach and coach the product management principles and practices.

Clear understanding of how to establish product operation standards.

**What You Will Be Doing**

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Transformation Coaching.

Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Transformation Coaching business solutions.

Strategically engage with client personnel.
