Job Title: AWS Connect Developer

Job Type: Full-Time 6-12 month CTH

Location: Washington, DC (1 day/wk on-site, 4 days remote)

Shift/Hours: Core hours EST

Compensation: $50/hr - $55/hr

Apex Systems is looking for an AWS Connect Developer in Washington, DC supporting Federal Student Aid for the Department of Education.

Role Overview

You will be supporting a large government integrator that is supporting Federal Student Aid. In this role, you will provide technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. The work will mainly require technical skill to support Contact Center Operations utilizing Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Suite and other data center technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to troubleshoot routing issues and voice technologies
• 1-3 years of experience with:
• Amazon Connect
• Amazon Lex
• Amazon Lambda
• Experience in a Call Center environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco UCCE
• Contact-Center-As-A-Service
• Cloud-As-A-Service
• NICE Quality Monitoring
