Responsibilities:
- Help supply and set up equipment in newly built surgical towers in Slidell, LA
- Assist with end-user equipment deployment.
- Unbox desktop computers, mouse, keyboards, printers, scanners, etc.
- Cable management
- Documentation via Excel
- Access documentation via Sharepoint
- Use Visio to see the flow plan/map for the hospital to know where to deploy the equipment.
- Communicate with end users in the clinic & hospital
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Previous IT experience preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
