Job Description:
Associate Director, Downstream Process Development (Proteins) 2033669
Location : Cambridge, MA (Onsite)
Science: Protein Therapeutics
Job Overview: This hands on leader will operate in a cross functional leadership role to facilitate the development and technology transfer efforts of protein therapeutics to external CDMO's.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize downstream processes for protein therapeutics
• Transfer analytical methods to external testing labs and CDMOs
• Provide training, troubleshooting, or technical support, as necessary.
• Contribute to CMC sections of regulatory filings as needed

Primary Job Requirements:

• PhD or Masters with extensive background leading a team engaged in protein biologics process development.
• Strong relevant industry experience in downstream process development for proteins
• 3 years of cross functional team leadership experience
• Experience with proteins derived from microbial fermentation is preferred
