Regulatory Reporting Consultant

Large Banking Client

Location: Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX (Must be able to sit onsite 3 days per week.)

Length: 12 month Assignment

MUST HAVES:

• 10 years of Regulatory Consulting, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis Experience
• Large Banking Industry Experience
• Extensive Knowledge of Regulatory Reports- FR Y14Q, (H1 & H2), 2052A & BASAML
• SQL - preferred
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• Able to create Test Scripts
• Commercial Banking/Commercial Lending Experience - MUST HAVE

Project: Working with regulatory reports (Y-14Q H1 (primary), 2052A & BASAML activities (less common).

Job Description: Looking for business minded data folks who have remediation experience to write requirements for testing and building documentation. Need to understand the core process (testing) document requirements. Will need to be able to create Test Scripts. Will be doing Transactional testing, testing originating credit agreements, and legal agreements to Identify errors, data defects, etc.

Skills:

• Data Analysis within the Banking / Regulatory industry.
• Experience within the Regulatory space specifically around Y-14.
• Capturing and documenting requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.
• SQL - Need to be able to look at the code, understand a query, and unpack it.
• Mapping documents.
• MUST have previous Commercial Banking experience to understand the lingo in this space.
