Location: St. Louis, MO (Must be able to sit onsite 3 days per week.)

Length: 6 month Assignment

Pay: $35 - $40/hour W2 (No Corp-to-Corp)

Project: There are multiple ongoing project you may be assigned to. Examples include migration from Cherwell to Ivanti or moving to the Cloud.

Skills:

• Business Analyst experience working in a Technical environment on Software related projects.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Previous experience with MS Office including Visio.
• Previous experience with Cherwell, ServiceNow, AWS, or Azure would be a huge plus.

Full Description:

• Gathers, refines, and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, and issues.
• Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
• Assists in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed. Create business process flows in Visio.
• Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications. Manage change from start to finish with an SDLC process led by Jira.
• Develops complex business cases.
• Assists with facilitating project governance and corporate priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of business requirements and corporate priorities.
• Ability to develop complex business cases.
• Ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations.
• Ability to present complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes, and plans.
• In-depth understanding of business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
• Ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
