Position: Climate Risk Database Integration Specialist

Experience: 5-7 years

Education: IT degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Liaise with product owners and stakeholders to capture and document requirements.
• Design & Documentation: Create design documents, workflows, and data mapping.
• Development Support: Coordinate with development teams using AGILE methodologies and review QA scripts.
• Data Analysis: Conduct analysis using SQL and data visualization to draw conclusions and communicate findings.
• Enhancements: Evaluate, test, and recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Business Analysis: 5 years in business analysis, proficient in JIRA.
• Client Interaction: 3 years resolving issues and designing solutions.
• Data Analysis: 2 years in data-heavy environments, basic SQL skills.
• Agile Environment: 1 year in Agile development, UAT experience.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, able to explain analysis and provide clear reports.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Confluence Wiki, and JIRA.
