Job Title: Customer Service/Lending Specialists (2)

Large Banking Client

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week Onsite | Uptown Location

Contract Length: 24 months - potential to convert FTE

TOP REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 years of Customer Service type experience
• Knowledge of Underwriting, lending, etc.
• Strong Excel (Vlookups, data validation)
• Exceptional Communication Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent demonstrated through related work, consulting, military experience, or education.

Additional Comments for Suppliers:

• Prioritize candidates with familiarity in mortgage documentation including Automated Underwriting Feedback, 1008 forms, Investor Locks, Notes, Deeds of Trust, Allonges, Endorsements, and Riders.
• Knowledge of GSE guidelines and experience in wholesale and residential retail processes (commercial experience also considered) is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, data validation, and review) is desired.
• Must excel in a collaborative team environment with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in low complexity initiatives within Customer Service, offering crucial support throughout various tasks and deliverables.
• Review and address basic issues, policies, and procedures with a focus on swift resolution and minimal impact.
• Receive guidance from supervisors while exercising judgment within defined parameters, fostering a deeper understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear and concise information to client personnel within Customer Service.
