Job Description:
Apex systems has an Epic Beaker Analyst position for one of our Healthcare clients.

• Fully remote position
• 3 Month contract with possibility to extend
• Must use own hardware- will not be provided

Must haves:

• Epic Beaker CP cert
• Must be able to solve tickets to completion- cannot ask for help form other people on the team or send to labcorp for questions
• Strong understanding of labcorp build, upload
• Focusing only on build and resolution
• Strong Lapcorp experience
• Understanding of how to resolve particular interface issue
• Pace number - No more than 20 tickets per day
• Issue came about with community connect go live
• Work Queue clean up, develop tip sheets, interface testing, interface work queues, update reference range, data migration
• Polished customer service skills and emailing
• Ability to train and work with others
