Title: Field Marketing Manager
Location: 2 - 3 days on-site in New York, NY
Duration: 7 month contract - potential for extension and conversion to permanent
Exact Compensation: $49 an hour
Responsibilites/Requirements:
-Support the East Acquistion Sales Team based out of New York
-Research, plan and execute regional demand generation and event campaigns including physical and virtual events, third party conferences and trade shows, and regional hospitality field events
-Manage logistics and execution of events, including shaping event themes, building landing pages and operational campaigns, working with outside vendors on event logistics, overseeing branded swag fulfillment, managing event sales staffing, and setting and defining lead goals and metrics for each event
-Own reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets
-Manage regional budget, SFDC campaign tracking, and other processes to meet operational targets and SLAs
-Collaborate with the alliances organization on strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan with and at partner events
-Maintain alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
-Evaluate all event campaigns’ impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
-Experience developing and managing field marketing programs with large enterprise sales organizations
-Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau and WordPress
-Bachelor's Degree is required
