Desktop Support Technician
Address: Reno NV 89503 - NEED TO BE LOCAL TO THIS AREA
Hours : M-F 9am to 6pm
Pay : $18-20 an hour
Job Type: Initial 3 month contract, extensions/perm potential possible
Duties:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
Required:
- Great Customer Service
- Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365)
- ServiceNow Ticketing system experience a plus.
- 1-2 years Enterprise Desktop Support.
- Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle
- CompTIA A Great to have.
