Position: HR Generalist

Location: Hybrid on-site 3 days a week in Seattle

Duration: 6-month contract (potential for conversion!)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Performance management
• Pivot processes
• Coaching and guidance
• Helping managers navigate difficult conversations
• Employee relations / legal / high risk
• Conducting investigations
• Team meetings
• Stakeholder involvement
• Mitigate risk for business
• 100% of time spent Case work – case management system where employees and managers can reach out for cases, supporting managers, guidance for nuance situations, corrective actions, policy interpretation. Working through correspondence, meetings, providing guidance, etc.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years HR experience, generalist, business partner role
• Interfacing with executives/ stakeholder management
• Working with all levels of employees
• Case management
• Complex investigations
• Performance management, employee relations
• Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting corporate orgs
• Salesforce experience
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
