Description of the opportunity
Seeking candidates with:

• ICM scripting is a must have
• AVAYA ACD programming is a plus
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
• Ability to run / create SQL queries - nice to have
• Knowledge of CMS / Call Center Technology required

About the role:

• Working on a Migration from AVAYA and Cisco over to Genesys (NO Genesys experience is required)
• Working directly with the Contact Center Services Team and reporting to Director of Contact Center Design & Delivery
• Translating business requirements into technical specs
• Running / Creation of SQL queries
• Working with CMS / Call Center technologies.
• Utilizing Cisco, AVAYA, and internal proprietary tools
