Apex Systems is looking for a Telecommunications Project Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating the successful execution of customer’s telecom and other services request projects. This role will support anywhere from 50-100 customer order requests at a given time- collaborating with the customer as well as internal telecom, networking, and sales teams to ensure key milestones are met and services are delivered to the customer on time and accurately.

Location: Jackson, MS

Candidates should be willing/able to work onsite in Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all sales documentation and implementation information from the beginning of service delivery through order fulfillment in Salesforce.
• Work with sales team to ensure customer needs are facilitated.
• Work closely with and be the liaison for all departments involved order fulfillment process.
• Update the customers routinely on order status.
• Coordinate VoIP services, circuits, connectivity, internet plus other services provided.
• Create location diagrams, Network Designs, Multi-Loc connections and/or Visio drawings when necessary.
• Facilitate meetings and calls with customers and necessary internal departments for complex implementations.
• Must understand competition of the industry and understand our service offerings in their entirety.
• Notify appropriate management when orders become stalled.
• Take full ownership of facilitating the customers’ needs.
• Other task or duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• Experience in fast-paced service delivery environment, telecommunications and/or data industries required.
• Proven knowledge of telecommunications and VoIP Services required.
• Project Coordination experience required.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external departments required.
• Must be proficient, professional, and able to correlate good business decisions when assisting the sales team and the department.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred.
• Associate’s degree.
