Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (CST/MST/EST hours)
Schedule: Panama schedule
Job Details: 12 month contract
Number of Openings: 2

JOB SUMMARY
The IT Analyst is responsible for executing IT processes to detect, escalate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents as rapidly as possible. By consistently executing the operations processes, the IT Operations Analyst is able to ensure the stability of IT service delivery across the enterprise.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for executing IT processes to detect, escalate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents. Responsible for providing troubleshooting or tier 1 resolution services. 40%
  • Provide incident leadership and assist with directing service delivery staff to restore service as rapidly as possible. 40%
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining processes, procedures, elevation diagrams, system inventories. 20%
EDUCATION
  • B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science preferred, 1 years of experience in an IT-related field required.
  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Demonstrate knowledge with IT Service Management tools (Service Now, Jira, Twillio, etc.)
  • Demonstrate knowledge executing documented troubleshooting processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge to identify and triage events for action.
  • Demonstrate knowledge with one or more of the following technologies: Windows Server 2008 , Mainframe (zOS, JCL, etc.) and Network hardware (Cisco, F5, etc.)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels.
  • Ability to work shifts including nights and/or weekends.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit excellent time management and project planning / strategizing skills.
