Job Description:

High Level Overview of Role:

• Support infrastructure architecture deployed in the factory
• Understand test functionality for project requests
• Assist with IT project backlog as requested via GSEP (Ex: Top Lock configuration and deployment in the factory; Inventory requests for factory)
• Perform key IT support and computer system security functions
• Build images for factory devices
  • Create, maintain, implement, and support SPW and DPW builds for respective areas
  • Follow all process steps as outlined by customer for all build related activities
• Manage IT request workload for projects via "GSEP" Ticketing System
• Provide new product training for Boeing team members as requested
• Image of non-standard factory devices (Example: Machine Tool Controllers)
