Duration: Contract confirmed through 2024, very likely to extend into 2025

Onsite requirements: Remote Monday & Friday, in office Tues, Wed. & Th- they will be required to go to the Greeley office up to 2 times a week, but Denver will be their “homebase”

Must have skills/experience/certs and/or technologies:

• Mid-senior level Project Management experience (5-10 years)
• Previous integration experience would be super helpful, previous knowledge on how to attack this would certainly help this resource succeed
• Strong people skills
• Will be using Visio with their Microsoft suite of products
• No certs are required

Day-to-day:

• Lot’s of unknowns, need someone who can come in and roll with the punches. Flexibility is going to be key for this
• Will be assisting with keeping PPTs up to date, follow up and send outs to the group (detailed notes recapping everything and who was involved)
• Run PMO meetings, follow ups, running workshops, asking the right questions, fabulous note takers
• Arranging workshops
• Bringing applications together and making it a new application (integration work)
• Other small projects for on prem file share to SharePoint space
• Not physically doing this, but managing it - Migrating over two file rooms, making sure things are getting pushed off to the right people, things are getting sent to the right dire
• Put a project into place
• Do report outs for the head of integration
• Team uses MS project
• Don’t need prior SAP experience

• Lead project framing, gather requirements, and solution development phases
• Work with leadership of cross-functional teams as well as engagement with senior-level stakeholder management
• Proactively identifies risks and dependencies, and coordinates appropriate mitigation or resolution
• Direct the associated activities of the vendor, the MSP teams, and the COE Teams, ensuring they stay on task, address improvements, etc.
• Manage diverse teams across regions as well as interacting with business stakeholders at all levels
