Job Description :

Seeking a Quality Specialist to join a Pharma company located near the Newark, DE area.

Qualifications :

The official position title is Product Quality Technical Specialist and will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating product certificate of analysis (COA) and sales specification documentation to ensure compliance against business standards and all regulatory requirements.

This role is crucial to maintain high standards of quality with documentation for all our products and services.

Required Skills :

• Excellent attention to details.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently to manage work progression and time.
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop improved quality standards and guidelines for product certificate of analysis and sales specification documentation.
• Ensure product certificate of analysis and sales specification documents are complete, accurate and compliant with regulatory regulations.
• Identify and track gaps and / or inconsistencies with product certificate of analysis and sales specification documentation and partner with team members with appropriate teams (, Quality, Regulatory and IT).
• Escalate any other issues identified related to product certificate of analysis (COA) and sales specification documentation.
