About the Team: They are a dynamic team specializing in business execution, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector. Their mission is to provide expert consultation and support to clients navigating complex initiatives and regulatory landscapes.

Position Overview: As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will be engaged in a contingent resource assignment focusing on providing strategic guidance, planning, and execution support for large-scale business initiatives. Reporting to Allison, supporting regulatory and control functions, you will play a pivotal role in addressing complex challenges and driving successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Project Management, Business Execution, Implementation, and Strategic Planning experience.
• Demonstrated expertise through work or consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
• Strong understanding of methodologies, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to comprehend enterprise regulations and policies, and manage projects accordingly.
• Background in financial services and/or consulting.
• Experience in Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges, considering intangibles and unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive effective decision-making and implementation strategies.
