Client Industry: Government client supporting 16th Air Force
Location: San Antonio, Texas / JBSA Lackland AFB
Clearance Requirement: ACTIVE Top Secret
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 hour work day/40 hour work week
Interview Process: 1 virtual round Responsibilities: * Plan and produce correspondence, reports, proposals, memos, and other documentation using a personal computer.
* Operate office systems and software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and authorized AF business system applications such as Task Management Tool (TMT), etc. to produce finished documents.
* Proofread completed documents.
* Provide a variety of support as needed such as scheduling, video teleconference support, calendar management, etc.
* Assist in managing and administering the task management tools and collaborative service collection sites on three networks (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS).
* Task management and collaborative services will provide collaboration, management capabilities and services that support the AF Network Enterprise management system.
