Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking Software Engineers to join one of our largest clients in Kansas City. This is a great opportunity with work on critical financial software on a fantastic team.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Java programming (version 8 or 11)
• Familiarity with core web technologies (JavaScript/HTML/CSS)
• Knowledge of contemporary frameworks like Angular, React libraries
• Strong Oracle SQL skills
• Experience in Spring Boot

Desirable Skills:

• Proficient in refining and supervising antiquated code (examples include JSF and JSP) by leveraging Oracle table metadata. (A rudimentary grasp of C is a bonus, but not a prerequisite)
• Preference for candidates with a background in test-driven development using tools like Jest/JUnit
• Familiarity with Java build tools is a plus
• Experience with version control systems is a plus
