Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Data Analytics Developer to join our team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP HANA Datamart data replication and BusinessObjects (BOBJ) report development. This role is critical to our data management and reporting efforts, ensuring that our SAP systems deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP HANA Datamart Development:
Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA Datamarts to support data analytics and reporting requirements.
Implement data replication processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Optimize data models and queries to enhance performance and reliability.

Data Replication:
Manage and execute data replication tasks to synchronize data between different SAP environments.
Monitor data replication processes to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure data replication adheres to best practices and organizational policies.

Report Development:
Develop and maintain reports using SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) to meet business needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective report designs.
Conduct report testing and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and IT staff, to support data-driven decision-making.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HANA and BOBJ-related issues.
Document processes, solutions, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP Data Analytics, specifically with SAP HANA Datamart development and data replication.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) report development.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a hybrid work environment.
Familiarity with other SAP modules and their integration with SAP HANA.
Certification in SAP HANA or SAP BusinessObjects.
