Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance Java applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, code, and system designs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
