The Blueprint (Role Profile)
This role, reporting to Sr. Director of Sales, will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of potentially multiple national account specific business plans, achieving profitability and sales targets, serving as the primary account contact, providing account leadership, and meeting/exceeding sales goals.Primary national account responsibility to be Orgill, Ace, SE 2 Step HDA accounts.
The Build (Responsibilities)
·Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR – Qtrly Business Reviews) with key buying and account Executive Teams – based upon a holistic (JBP – Joint Business Plans) created with varied level of detail by account
·Quarterly Marketing Promotional Reviews
·Create promotions and promotional bundles that meet ATG Margin expectations and bring value to quarterly account events and promotional catalogs, brochures, shows, online.
·Use of internal Special Pricing analysis and executions are essential.
