We are searching for a Manual Machine Operator for our Racine location.

What You Will Do :

The Manual Machine Operator is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of component parts used in the Shell and Tube heat exchanger products.

• Maintain an acceptable level of performance.
• Complete set-up procedures of Radial Arm Drill, Saws.
• Using overhead cranes, lift Steel Shell on a table to scribe and run its drain holes on Radial Arm Drill.
• Operators may be required at times to operate multiple machines at a time including Radial Arm Drill, Saws, Wash Tank
• Use overhead cranes.
• Perform operator preventative maintenance tasks as directed, including checking oil levels, vacuuming oil trays, and adding coolant.
• Comply with all the ISO 9001 Quality standards, policies, and procedures of API Heat Transfer.
• Perform first piece inspections, in-process inspections and complete all associated paperwork.
• Will be Required to Grind and Wash parts made and parts from the CNC Machines.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily and often basis.
