Apidel Technologies LLC is Hiring a Remote Network Technician (Cisco, Arista, Juniper)

Job Details

Support and maintain documentation of computer networks and Client tools and platforms.

  • Using SSH/HTTP, collect, analyze, and aggregate network device information from remote equipment using device CLI and/or web GUI.
  • Using Microsoft 365, organize and format collected device information to complete information upload into Client tools and databases.
  • Manage, manipulate, and audit Client Billing System, Inventory and platforms for accurate data connection and alignment with other tools and platforms.
  • Deploy network configuration changes using SSH/HTTP to update or document network equipment.
  • Follow defined processes and procedures to complete planned tasks. Be able to report back progress and document any issues or exceptions found.

o Complete limited network-based troubleshooting on encountered issues as needed and escalate problems that cannot be resolved.

  • Update existing equipment documentation and configuration as needed based on findings from information gathered.
  • Work with other team members to maintain weekly reports on task processes and any issues encountered.
  • Follow defined processes and procedures to complete planned tasks. Be able to report back progress and document any issues or exceptions found.

o Complete limited network-based troubleshooting on encountered issues as needed and escalate problems that cannot be resolved.
