Position: Screw Machine Maintenance
Location: Hamilton, OH 45015
Duration: 12 months contract
40 hours a week
Shift Hours: 1st shift: 5:45am - 3:45pm (MON - THU)
3rd shift hours: 7:45pm - 5:45am (SUN-WED)
Pay Rate: $25/Hr. on W2 without benefits
$22/Hr. on W2 without benefits
Job Description:
Job Summary:
Individual will be responsible for maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. Individual will adhere to current ISO requirements and observe all safety and housekeeping requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of machinery.
Ability to assist in training others.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment per the COGZ Maintenance System.
Diagnose the source of equipment problems by observing equipment operation and employing trouble-shooting methods.
Initiate material requests for parts.
Perform repairs as needed on equipment.
Oversee contractors when repairs require service from an outside vendor.
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Machine Maintenance Experience REQUIREDExperience - Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in these maintenance areas: mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and trouble-shooting skills.
Must be trained in LOTO(Lockout-Tagout). Preferred job experiences include; machine maintenance, auto mechanics, screw machine maintenance, etc
Mechanically Inclined Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixing things both familiar and unfamiliar.
Must be able to read machine drawings.
Education:
Education High school diploma, trade school experience or GED preferred. Employee must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions.
