Job Details
We are seeking a Java Developer with a strong background in web services, ETL development, and large data handling. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux and AWS, and be capable of understanding and implementing backend web services. This role involves not only coding but also design and deployment, with a focus on data messaging and cloud-based application management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend web services using Java.
- Design, develop, and manage database ETL processes.
- Handle large datasets efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure seamless development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Utilize GraphQL and SOAP services for design and implementation.
- Perform data messaging tasks, transitioning from Ping Directory to DynamoDB (AWS).
- Code data messaging as needed.
- Work primarily on AWS and Linux platforms; experience with Cloud Foundry is a plus.
- Start delivering from day one, working efficiently and independently.
