$19/hr pay rate if the candidate has little to no experience with medical device and/or medical billing
$21/hr pay rate if candidate has extensive experience with medical devices and medical billing
Role is hybrid and requires onsite presence in Malvern, PA
The purpose of the Billing Administrator job family is to ensure the smooth operation of the Service business, by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of case/work order closure, invoices, and cost assignment to customer contracts where appropriate. This family is focused on recognizing revenue and billing, and works collaboratively with the wider organization to ensure we provide exceptional service to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor s degree (a plus)Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections and/or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experience
- Revenue cycle management experience with insurance companies (a plus)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mailing systems
- Strong verbal communication with internal/external partners
- Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment.

- Must be commutable distance to our Malvern, PA office location.
- This Hybrid position is not 100% remote, you will be expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
